This policy explains how NGP-INFRA ("we", "us") handles personal data in the internal applications listed on our home page, including when you sign in with your Google account.
1. Data we collect
| Data | Source | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, Google account ID, profile picture | Google Sign-In (scopes openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile) | To create your account, identify you in the application, and assign your permissions |
We request no other Google scopes. We do not read your email, files, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service data.
2. How we use it
- To authenticate you and control access to internal tools.
- To keep the services secure and diagnose faults.
- Nothing else. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it.
3. Limited use of Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the sign-in feature described above and is never transferred to others except as required by law.
4. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties, except with infrastructure providers that host our services on our behalf (server hosting and storage), and where required by law. These providers process the data only on our instructions.
5. Retention
Account details are kept for as long as your access is active and deleted within 90 days of your access being revoked. Server and audit logs are kept for up to 12 months.
6. Security
Access is restricted to authorised personnel. All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and applications are reachable only over HTTPS.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You can also revoke our application's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
